TESTntel Field Services
Electrical Test and Tag (AS/NZS 3760:2022)
We inspect and test portable electrical appliances in accordance with AS/NZS 3760:2022 Standards. This standard outline testing intervals in the Testing Interval Timetable.

All testing is recorded through the TESTntel system, capturing:
- Equipment details and test results
- Inspection time, date and location
- GPS tracking for technician verification
- Photo documentation for all tested items
- Faulty report
A detailed electronic report is provided after each service.
Failed devices requiring repair, calibration or maintenance will be promptly communicated to the Property Manager/Facility Manager, supplier or maintenance provider, along with photographs, date, time and corrective action.

Electrical Thermal Imaging
Our Electrical Thermal Imaging services detect overheating components, loose connections and potential electrical faults before they escalate.
This proactive approach helps reduce downtime, prevent equipment failure, and minimise fire risk.

AED Supply and Testing
At TESTntel, we offer nationwide Automated External Defibrillator (AED) inspection and maintenance services. It is recommended that all AEDs undergo testing annually or bi-annually.
Our services include:

Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) Inspection
With the rapid growth of EV infrastructure in New Zealand, we provide certified inspection services for EV charging equipment to ensure safety and compliance.

Hand-Operated Fire Equipment Supply and Testing (NZS 4503:2005)
We test and maintain on fire extinguishers, fire hose reels and fire blankets in compliance with NZS 4503:2005 Standard.
Our services include:
- Compliance testing

- Disposal of expired units

Annually, our Senior Electrical Service Technicians undergo fire extinguisher training provided by a reputable company, enhancing their understanding of various fire extinguisher types and fire classes.

Medical Equipment Testing
We test medical devices based on Standards AS/NZS 3551:2012 and manufacturer specifications.
TESTntel also offers an annual load test to ensure compliance with Standard AS/NZS ISO 10535:2011 for disabled person lifting hoists.

Upon completion of your electrical inspection, you will receive an asset report. Our reports will contain details such as ‘Asset ID”, ‘Description’, ‘Model’, ‘Serial Number’, ‘Location’, ‘Date Tested’, ‘Retest Dates’ and the results obtained.
